Built for People Who Take the Sea Seriously.
M/Y Aphrodite has been sailing the Red Sea since 2008 — long enough to know exactly which currents run where, which reef corners hold the best life, and how to time a dive at Brothers Islands or Elphinstone Reef so you hit the current right. Our diving safari routes cover the full length of Egypt’s Red Sea, from the legendary SS Thistlegorm wreck in the north to the remote reefs of the deep south.
The 2025 restoration brought entirely new cabins, a rebuilt dive deck, updated navigation systems and a completely renewed galley — while keeping everything that already worked: the experienced crew, the meticulous maintenance, the feeling that this liveaboard yacht was put together by people who actually dive.
In 2026 the yacht underwent a full structural overhaul below the waterline — new hull materials throughout, fresh protective coatings, and fully renewed woodwork. The boat you step onto today is built to last, inside and out.
The clearest proof of quality is the people who come back. Some of our guests have been sailing with us for over 18 years. The majority of our bookings are returning clients — not because nothing changes, but because something always gets better. Every Red Sea diving safari season we raise the bar. Every week on the water is a chance to do it a little more right than the last.
It’s a working liveaboard, not a floating hotel. Everything on board is designed around making great scuba dives happen — and making the hours between dives genuinely comfortable.
